Marco, yes QC works well with local or remote files that are not streamed (i.e progressive download) with either asynchronous enabled or not. However, as soon as the source is steamed (from QT broadcaster for example) QC freezes.
Now, this is a good one too. If you happen to save your composition with the patch referring to the url stream, then selecting the file in the finder will also hang the finder too, which then needs to be relaunched.
