Actually, on further investigation, it seems that copying/cutting a
patch with a published output, then stepping into an environment patch
and trying to paste it there will consistently result in this error
if I exclude any patches with published outputs I don't seem to see
the problem, and if I un-publish the output of the problem patch
before copy/paste I don't get the problem

Anyone else experienced or heard of this problem and have any more
info on it ? QC version 3.0 (63).
This happens with a few buggy patches -- there were a couple in 3.0
(sphere might have been one of them?) try copy/pasting smaller
subsets of patches to narrow down which one it is, and let the list
know -- a few of these are already fixed for 3.1, but it would be
handy to have a list of still-misfunctional ones :)
