To make a long story short, I want to get screen grabs of some images I have setup in Processing, feed them into Quartz Composer, and then make movie files out of them. My attempts so far have involved loading the v002 patch and opening up Quartz Composer... the file doesn't work, as the notes state that it will not!
I tried throwing the related composition into Quartz Crystal with the thought that I could possibly set Quartz Crystal to start rendering to a movie file, while the screen grab coordinates were set within the v002 patch. This doesn't work either. Other than this approach, I've also tried iGrabit for screengrabs, but I dislike the result. Is there some easy way to do a "video/moving" screengrab as an input to Quartz Composer, and then render to movie? P.S.... Is it possible to use the java coding in the Processing files and load them using the Java Script patch in Quartz Composer? George Toledo X The Unknown www.myspace.com/xsongs
