Good morning list! Sorry if this has been asked before, I suspect that it has been but I couldn't find anything after a bit of searching.
I need to create a full-screen transparent overlay containing a QC Composition, without interfering with mouse events. i.e. a transparent composition running on top of the desktop, so you can still use whatever windows are below it.
