Alastair, do you already have a Adobe based document or are you going to create one? What are the locations of the marks on the map based on? Where do you get the data from, which format?
If the marks are all the same visually I would prefer to actually render the image in QC myself using a x/y-list for the marks rather than importing tons of mega bytes in graphics.
