Thanks for posting this. This looks good to me and seems to reflect the
final state of the discussion in the meeting. As you proposed to add a 4th
bullet point to the list, and we didn't easily find which existing one to
amend, I now tend to think that indeed a 4th point would totally make sense.

In any case, that's a +1 from me.
