Hi Barbra, We love the Worthington Luncheon "meats". These vegetarian alternatives come frozen and are found in most health food stores, but the Health Food Stores in the Adventist Book Centers, which are worldwide, will have the best selection of these.

Try roast vegetables in a wrap, pita or on bread. ow about sliced raw vegetables and fruit. Use your salad ideas and modify them for sandwiches.
