QWS List Microsoft wavetable

I can't get this thing to use my m-audio midisport 2x2.
The default .ini file has several references to that in the subject line.
What do I change those to for use with my midisport 2x2??
Do I change each occurrence of wavtable to 2x2, or what, specifically??
