Make sure you go into properties and set volume, pan, reverb, chorus etc.
Otherwise the midi synth will use whatever volume was last used for that
channel, since it has not been given an additional volume controler. So if you
load a midi file with channel 2 at low volume, and then load one of your own
tracks with a channel 2 that doesn't have a set volume level, it will still
play at that lower volume. -1 indicates an empty parameter, and will not
actually send any volume controlers to the synth. So anything from 0 to 127 is
good, 0 being complete silence.

Subject: QWS List Final problem (I think).

After creating a track, setting velocity and stuff, it played okay.
When I later reloaded the file, that track was way down in the background.
Resetting velocity to 127 did no good!
Unfortunately it's a lead track. How can I fix this, or will I have to crank
down the velocity of all other tracks in the project?
  Thanks much in advance.
