Just a quick note on the wavetable.

I agree that it does lag lodes in comparison to other vst's, but I
find that if you play on the onscreen keyboard for a little bit, the
lag tends to go away.
Having used the wavetable on laptops for a few years when I've wanted
to sequence on the move, I've found that it's perfectly possible to
make and quantize sequences with it once you get used to the lag.
Obviously the sound is nothing great, but if you make something you
like, you could considder running it through one of the free vst's as
apposed to the wavetable.
