Just installed bassmidi. The strange thing is, that i dont have this
problem, when i deactivate midi clock..

Regardless of whether there are any physical MIDI IN Devices, check if
Windows and QWS are reporting any logical MIDI IN devices. Please
check in Options -> Ports.
For an example, refer to the Article on the QWS website regarding
configuring VstHost.

none of
them have any midi in devices at all. They're stuck with the onscreen
keyboard.
