Well, you don't really give up any keys, unless you assign them
individually. It's more like oddball combos, like the very bottom and
very top keys together might perform a function, and if you have a 73-
or 88-note controller, well, unless you're playing some really
*REALLY* odd jazz, that assignment will never get in your way. Darn
useful feature, though.
