Can't find your email address in this. Mine is [email protected]. Dropbox would work, as would Pando.

I've got BSMIDI loaded now, just need to track down some fonts. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Raymond Grote Sent: Monday, February 27, 2012 2:10 PM To: QWS list Subject: Re: QWS List [QWS] Changing Microsft GM to another synth? Yes, with the Bassmidi driver. Or you can use the VST plug-in called SFZ but I personally think Bassmidi does better. They both have effects like reverb and chorus and support for other GS and XG controllers. Or you could use synth Font which doesn't have any effects, at least no built-in ones, but that thing has evolved over the years to become a clunky piece of almost inaccessible software which bassmidi easily beats for your purpose. SFZ does work well on some things, the Onj font in particular. But since that's not GM,, I'd assume you wouldn't really need that font.
