Sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties downloading the QWS
tutorials.  They should be complete.  When you try downloading, do you
get any error messages?  Do you get different results if you try
downloading a second time?  Alternatively, you could try a download
manager program that may be able to resume downloading even if a
problem occurs.

As far as I am aware, the onscreen keyboard is fully accessible using
the keys on the computer keyboard - this is true for the whole of QWS.
