Hello,

Assuming your keyboard has been properly setup with QWS, it is as
simple as arrowing down in the main window to the track you want and
pressing enter.
A dialog box will come up which has settings you can adjust for this
track. Alt-i will move you to your instrument list. If you don't have
an instrument list set up you can just do an alt-p to move you to the
program list and choose a number from 0 to 127. Pianos are sometimes
assigned early so, you could probably choose 0 or 1 and get what you
want. Choose the one you want and press enter.
Hope this helps.
