I'd suggest checking the documentation to find out if they're using program
changes and controller numbers to change stops and settings. Then you'll
probably need a virtual MIDI cable application or VST hosting program to
access the application, too.

Subject: QWS List Using Virtual Organs with QWS

Hi all,
I was wondering if there was a way to use QWS with the Miditzer theatre pipe
organ or also the Hauptwerk pipe organ, since their interfaces seem to be
inaccessible. Are there ways to change the stops in the MIDI file?
I do not have a MIDI controller or keyboard of any sort. All I have are
three samples from the Miditzer, one of which is called the Romney Concert
file. In channel numbers eleven, twelve, thirteen and sixteen there are a
lot of messages being sent to the programme, telling what voices to put.
Has anyone tried experimenting with these applications/ How did you overcome
these problems? Are they working on improving the software?
Miditzer has not been updated since 2008 as far as I know. I am using Midi
Yoke as my virtual MIDI cable.
