Be sure you're starting the sequence at the beginning for your volume and pan controllers. QWS only sends those at the beginning, and it doesn't "chase" controllers to find the most recent value like most other modern sequencers do. So you're only going to get those values at the beginning of a track.

For example when I have used one and use transpose function, It transposed correctly. But with second, It is very strange, but It just work fine with for example scale tuning. But strange thing is, that volume of instruments are changed very strangely in those two ports, when I switched to another musical instrumentt.
