Okay, still the question remains, are there two MIDI In ports (the round 5 pin 
DIN connector) on the back of the machine? If so then this is basically two 
multi-timbral instruments in one case. And does the USB connection have one or 
two ports in it? If so, then the machine driver should give you two ports in 
the list in QWS, assuming they built the driver correctly.

So, I have received message from Yamaha. This is normal, so Yamaha can record 
for example 32-channels. Due to this, there are two ports. 
Another functions can be changed in midi edit settings.
