Dear all,
I am trying to put labels on a phylogenetic tree in some clades for which I
have the terminal taxa names.
I would like the function to put labels only in the case where the names I
enter form a monophyletic group in the tree. The function makeNodeLabel()
puts the labels on the most recent common ancestor containing my taxa names,
but even if the clade are polyphyletic.
Do you know a way or another function to put the labels just in the case
where the called clades are monophyletic?
