I am very surprised that Logitech is not taking this problem seriously. They really should communicate officially around this. At least, we should receive an e-mail informing us that the service is down or that there is a technical problem.
Can you imagine: hundreds of Radio and Controller owners trying to connect to mysqueezebox.com and thinking that their device is broken. Especially those new customers that are not connected to any squeezebox server.
