Let's give them time! - I read on another thread that they are aware of the issue...as someone who works in IT support, there is nothing more fustrating than being bombarded with emails about the same known issue, especially when it is being investigated. It's only 10:55am here in the UK - 11:55am in Germany - so they have been on the case for probably less than 3 hours!...
