At mysqueezebox.com under player/network there is a category called "Radio Station Buffer Seconds". I am not sure if it makes a difference with syncing or not. Mine are all set at 10 seconds. Also below that is "Maximum WMA Stream Bitrate". Again...I am not a guru.
