Thanks for response. I tried the hard reset a few times and managed to reinstall the firmware a few times as well but the problem is still there... after a few minutes (sometimes a good 8-10 minutes) it will crash again with the screen going all fuzzy.
I have a feeling its heat related (the radio is in a fairly cool place though).
