At this point, I do not place much value in what anyone at Logitech says. After getting e-mail to say my pre-order would be shipping and voice confirmation from a customer service rep that, yes, the battery pack was shipping and my order was on its way to final preparation and shipping, only to find it is still "In Process", I gave up on getting any honest answer. It will come when it comes. This product is turning me into a Buddhist.
