Again, the problem is the DRM.  
Buy non-DRM'd items and they will play fine on a SqueezeBox. 
Buy DRM'd items and they will not play on a SqueezeBox.

Buy non-DRM'd music from iTunes, Zune, Amazon, Napster, etc.. they will
play fine on most any device.
Buy DRM'd music from those same sources, they will only play on a very
small selection of devices.

The problem is the DRM.  ;)
