Just exactly how were you "Ripped" off? Has your credit card been charged and you received no product? I highly doubt this to be the case. Grow up and release that the batteries are out of stock which does not translate to being ripped off as you haven't been taken or incurred any injury! And the SB Radio functioning on a battery for which it does NOT come with does in no way mean you were 'ripped off' or sold something misleading. It still functions if you buy the battery pack, the battery pack is just out of stock.
