Talked with "Benji" in Customer support-basically went through the same
troubleshooting steps from the first time..............NO LUCK---he
escalated my support ticket to Stage 2-and am now waiting for another
call from tech support.
ps he mentioned the possibility of sending my squeeze box back for
another one.............
