Thanks for sharing your experience/viewpoint. I don't own a radio. I have had thoughts of buying one/two but these ongoing problems have scared me off. My classic and boom are rock solid...rarely a problem. The boom is our clock and alarm and it has never missed. Consumers should be able to expect products to work as advertised.
