The Canadian Logitech website states that the battery pack will be available March 2010. It does not state that in fact Logitech will not sell the battery in Canada *at all*.
That is clearly false advertising. I think it falls under "bait and switch" as well which is to advertise a product as possessing various features that, after the purchaser is committed, turn out not to exist.
