Maybe we're just arguing semantics ... but As I see it Logitech Canada advertised this neat product: radio + battery pack. Great. I go to the store to buy it. Battery not quite ready I'm told. I don't want to go away empty handed so I buy the radio. Now Logitech Canada reveals they never did and never will sell the product, radio + battery, for which I went to their store in the first place. Why does this not meet your own definition of "bait and switch"?
