Sorry you are having trouble, but the reality is that its probably your setup, PC, Router, interference, or you. You should contact Tech Support by phone/Email or perhaps ask for help on the Forum. Lastly, if you even think for a minute that a Class Action is going to get you anything or fix your problem, you are sadly mistaken. Class Actions only make sharks, I mean Lawyers rich. So to answer your question, NO!
