YES, listen on the HK Receiver. The SB3 is "Streaming" a source provided by the radio station. One they only have so much bandwidth and two they are not going to stream at a very decent bit rate. You are most likely listening to a stream that is far below CD FM quality and probably poor even compared to minimum MP3 bit rates. The stream from the Internet is most likely 128 Kbps or less.
