YES, listen on the HK Receiver. The SB3 is "Streaming" a source
provided by the radio station. One they only have so much bandwidth and
two they are not going to stream at a very decent bit rate. You are most
likely listening to a stream that is far below CD FM quality and
probably poor even compared to minimum MP3 bit rates. The stream from
the Internet is most likely 128 Kbps or less.

The buffering is most likely either your home network setup or your
ISP.
