OK, you've vented. As garym said, everything except alarms on MySB sounds like lousy WiFi, which could happen to any WiFi device, and which can easily be investigated. Reliability of alarms on MySB is reported to be problematical by a fair number of posters, but this is a community site - if you want Logitech support, you should go to the official Logitech forums. So what do you want the community here to do? I personally get tired of reading rants; they don't encourage me to think of something to help the ranter.
