For historical reasons the alarm function is mostly on the server even on Radio or Touch ( just like the old players ) . so it is not a local function on the device.
So if network is down and mysb.com or server can't be reached you will get the fallback alarm. note that it can only remeber the next alarm , so it needs to say helo to the server once a day.
