What happens if you leave ALL of your other wireless devices unplugged (not just turned off) so they cannot interfere, how does your Radio work then? By all your other wireless devices, I mean everything - computers, iPads, phones, wireless games, additional WAP's or routers, Squeezeboxes, everything except one WAP or router, and your Radio.
If that doesn't work, try setting the Radio up wired for testing purposes. Still leaving everything else powered down. The goal here is to find out if the problem is truly a wireless issue, or something else. Note that if you have more than one WAP or router, you might try swapping them out too during this testing. If any of the above works, try bringing pieces online until the problem recurs.
