What is the rational for the player needing to communicate with Logitech's server to play local music? Software (a server) has to be installed locally to play local music. It seems overly complicated and unnecessary for the radio to have to communicate with Logitech's server to play local music. It is also absolutely rediculous that you wouldn't be able to play local music without an Internet connection.
