Well there is a difference there. We not only purchased a piece of
hardware, but also a piece of software (LMS), and a cloudservice
(MySqueezebox). I do understand that we do no longer live in an era that
you buy your audio equipment for 30 years or more. But in a decent
society one might expect that such devices will be functional for a
period of 5-10 years. (I still own and use an around 20 year old square
Logitech three button mouse that has been flooded with

Well in fact the support from Logitech itself was rather mediocre. The
Slimdevices user community and forum was at least 1000 times better than
what Logitech offered.

That being said I am very grateful to Logitech who made me extra aware
of the dangers of buying in to cloud services. You are at the will of
the providers!
