Deleting the tmp-baby folder should remove all traces of previous radio firmware build files.
libtinfo is the low-level terminfo library which doesn't exist on my build vm either. I seem to recall the same issue when I first attempted to setup my build vm, but couldn't find any reference to it in my initial build notes.
