I am not a mac guy,Michael and others will help you with that, but if you have another mac or pc available install mms on that and see what happens. I have also written a lengthy post, not been logged in, and thought I lost it all. If you use the browser back button, you may get the text back and still be logged in. A few other random thoughts, especially when you get your mysb login fixed.... 1) you can change your US radio to a sb, its in the settings menu somewhere 2) why not try to get all 4 working on mysb.com only (turn lms off) connected to ethernet, confirm your favorites are there. Then move to your desired setup a step at a time (eg, then move each to wifi) and see what happens Also, if you log into mysb.com you can "see" all your players connected and even control them with the remote control tab/button. I like to eliminate possib?e variables and reintroduce them one at a time, especially when two seemingly "same" are acting different!y.
