Actually a *lot* of us work in environments with more than 20 virtual
servers.

Package management may not be of much interest to people with only a couple
of servers kicking around but there are quite a few of us deploying to
larger environments.

Thanks for the tip about nginx not being able to dynamically load modules. I
didn't know that! :-)
