I'd like to publicly acknowledge that the new committee will be our first
Ruby Australia committee with a majority of women.

As a community, we still have so much more to do in terms of diversity, but
I think it's important to recognise these milestones and take a moment to
realise how much we have learned.

Thank you to everyone in Australia's Ruby community for continuing to find
ways to welcome and support each other.
