If a camera is set to B/W mode, is the 'raw data' produced any different from that produced under a Color mode or is only the EXIF and the Thumbnail image changed?
If I simply de-saturate a Raw (color) file am I really achieving the correct B/W results or should I really be adjusting the ratios of RGB also?
