At the risk of appearing to be a nuisance I offer the following: Same image processed and saved in 5 forms:
1.) JPG: Opens correctly in with all programs and can be directly printed without modification. Perfect! 2.) TIF 8 Bit: As above 3.) PNG 8 Bit: As above 4.) TIF 16 Bit: Requires to be opened in a another program, a profile added and saved prior to be suitable for printing. Big nuisance. 5.) PNG 16 Bit: As above The approach to the applying profiles in RS during the 'save' process is obviously quite different between 8 and 16 bit data files. I would truly hope that this inconvenient inconsistency could be dealt with prior to the forthcoming release.
