Same as "RAZOR2_CHECK", but they score it for items in the report labelled with RAZOR2_CF or RAZOR2_CF_RANGE_51_100.
Is RAZOR2_CF a custom rule, or is that intended to be RAZOR2_CF_RANGE_11_50?
(Incidentally, I don't think I'd add 5 points to something identified as having an 11% chance of being spam. But that's just me...)
