Nope...it's just RAZOR_CF. And it's not a custome rule. It's one of the default tests/results that SA gives to Razor. Basically, my understanding is that it's equivalent to "found in razor". RAZOR2_CF_RANTE_11_50 is yet another rule.
Uh... not in my copy of SA (2.64). Is this new in SA 3.0? 'Cause I don't see it on http://spamassassin.apache.org/tests.html either.
