Vipul, Are you sure this only happens to HTML-encoded mail???
I ran a purely plain-text no HTML tags or webpages in it through and got a "No queries, no spam". I tried two different tests, one with a mime Content-Type: text/plain header, one with no Content-Type: header (non-mime). Both did the same thing.
Test message attached. (Note: it originally had a web link in the footer, I truncated it.)

This happens on HTML only mails and will be fixed in next release.
