The difference is whether or not RBTI installs into the Windows 
directory or the R:Base directory where the executable resides. I always 
use Server update. The advantage is that one can operate with more than 
one version of R:Base without interference with other versions on the 
same computer.

I did not get these options when I installed V8 last week.
(at least don't remember seeing them on the first install)
