I am going to take a stab at this.

I use this in a compiled environment.  It has the files I need to update. I
install typical and then I install server in a separate folder. Delete the
files I do not update and the rest are there. A bit faster.  My .02 < ;) >

since you don't remember changing the selection  I would suggest leaving
Typical checked.
