Larry:  The message I was getting did not appear to be a windows spooling 
message.   It seemed to be an RBase message (I wish I hadn't just deleted this 
message about a month ago, thinking I would never re-visit it), it said 
something like "Report Object List Out of Bounds".

I could try turning off the printer, seeing if they all spool, turning the 
printer on and see if they come out.   I didn't know there was an Event Viewer 
-- can you tell me where that would be?
