Karen,
I have been watching your problem with interest since I have run into a similar problem with printing "hundreds" of quarterly reports in 7.6. 6.5++ must have used the printer memory for spooling (though I am not familiar with any settings since it worked so well) but now it takes much time for these reports to print because it all goes to the computer screen first. That makes working on something else difficult while it is preparing the report. If you find an acceptable solution, please post it so I can try it for my reports. This will be a great help. A 2000-page PDF report! Now that's worth looking into! That would also give them one big backup document for later reprints.... Wheels are turning..... Karen Karen, Have you tried to print the entire batch, first as the PDF file with "OPTION PDF", and then print the pdf file? That should give you an alternative option to handle printer issues. Very Best R:egards, Razzak.
